Once again, Tarragona is getting ready to celebrate its patron, Saint Thecla, with its biggest festival of the year. And Tarragona Cathedral will be joining in with the city's most iconic festival by holding a special tour. Entitled “A Procession of Stone. Discovering the epicentre of Saint Thecla”, this new guided tour reveals the famous Saint Thecla Procession's artistic origins located within the Cathedral. Visitors will be able to see, up close, the dragons, eagles, devils and other figures that have long inspired Catalonia's festivals and continue to bring the celebrations to life today.
This new special tour will take place on 12, 13, 17 and 20 September at 5.30 pm. Places are limited and tickets are available HERE.
